A Valentine's Day Suggestion & A Question for You!

Valentine's Day, which I really, really hate, whether I'm single or not, and which is a whole OTHER can of worms... is approaching. So too, I would suppose, is the "What's the perfect gift?" conundrum.

I'm making a wish list of things I'd like to try in the next 18 months, experiences to have, that kind of thing, and just happened upon this really neat website for Canadians who are seeking really unique experiences but can't think of what to do. You put in your area, what price range you're interested in, and it'll give you dozens of great ideas.

How about a special day for new moms, whereby you give them a concierge for the day, and the concierge will accomplish all the "chores" the mom can think of for them to do in an 8-hour day. They come with a car, the gas is included, and it's $240 for the day. Or how about a gift certificate for a full-moon kayak expedition for two? Or a day of eagle-watching by horseback? Maybe your significant other would love a day of personalized art instruction from a professional artist, with all supplies included? The options are many, and vary depending on where you are.

Here in Vancouver, you can be a Falconer for a day, or take a flying lesson, or do an ATV tour of Whistler that includes a salmon bake for two, or paragliding, or zip lining, or any number of unbelievable options that are probably more reasonably priced than you might think.

A QUESTION FOR MY BELOVED MINIONS!

A reader has written me a question I've been meaning to ask all y'all myself. Music during sex is SO hard to choose because it's such a subjective taste, and it's not something I really know what I prefer to hear. What music do YOU like for sex? What's your favourite?
