I'm on the verge of having the best evidence there is that paying attention to details and being thorough in the work you're doing is what it's all about. I'm making homemade bread the artisan way. I began 27 hours ago, and in 10 minutes, I'm having a slice fresh from the oven. Steam-baked, hand rolled. And I'm as excited as a kid on Christmas. This and homemade soup seems like the best thing in the world a sick gal could have. I'll be documenting my baking adventures on Ze Other Blog o' Mine. (45 minutes later: Bread soooo gooood.
