To-Die-For Oven-"Fried" Chicken

I'm gonna try to write something at some point tonight but I've been having a bit of a braindead weekend. Oops.

In the meantime, I want to share something utterly sinful with you: my oven-"fried" chicken recipe. It's one of those "glad I'm single so's I don't needs ta share" dishes. ;)
